West Windsor, N.J. – Star crossed lovers, desperate playwrights and breakfast foods abound when Maurer Productions OnStage presents the musical comedy “Something Rotten” at Mercer County Community College’s Kelsey Theatre.
Dates and show times for live performances of Something Rotten are Fri. Oct. 21 & 28, 2022 at 8pm, Sat. Oct. 22 & 29 at 8pm and Sun. Oct. 23 & 30 at 2pm.

Set in the 1590s the story of two brothers—who just happen to be the nemeses of that Renaissance rock star, Mr. William Shakespeare—are desperate to write a hit play. A local soothsayer foretells that the future of theatre will involve Singing, Dancing, AND Acting, all at the same time! Gasp! The brothers then decide to write the world’s very first musical! Don’t miss your chance to see this hilarious, history-twisting tale with a wacky cast of over-the-top characters, impressive song, dance numbers and of course lots and lots of eggs.
